Protect Media (Photos & Videos) From Gallery

“How To Protect Media Files like Photos, Videos to get into GALLERY or ANY PLAYER”

• You need ES File Explorer (Browser) or any File Browser that will able to create "FILE".

     Steps To Hide Media With ES Explorer :

1. Open ES explorer ,

        go to that folder where you want to do this or going to hide content's and click on "NEW".

     And select in “File”.

2. Now give name to that file as “.nomedia”.

    And click on “OK”.

3. Now goto gallary and check that folders files are hidden .

NOTE :

 In android any file which you renamed and its name start with “  .  ” (dot) .

 Hence also this .nomedia file will be hidden .

 If you enable "show hidden files" then you will  able to see that hidden files.
